NEWS: 4th Steering Committee and Partners’ Meeting in Skopje, North Macedonia

During the 4th Learning and Exchange Visit in Skopje, the 4th Steering Committee and Partners’ Meeting was held on 18.09.2025. to review progress and agree on next steps across all work packages.

The meeting started with a debriefing session led by the host, PP8 NCDIEL, where partners reflected on the outcomes of the visit, including company presentations, the high-level event, and meetings with local stakeholders.

Under WP1 (Increasing transnational knowledge and awareness), partners discussed the upcoming finalisation of Output 1.1 – Strategy to facilitate successful transnational interaction between R&D and the business community towards green innovation.

For WP2 (Transnational green innovation Capacity Building and Networking), the focus was placed on the development of the capacity building programme for Business Support Organisations (BSOs), aiming to strengthen their role in fostering green innovation.

In WP3 (Green Innovation upscaling and piloting), updates were shared on the finalisation of guidelines and piloting activities, highlighting practical steps to upscale green innovation across the project regions.

Finally, the state of communication activities was presented, with special emphasis on the preparation of podcast content and methodology (Deliverable 1.3.3) as a new tool for reaching stakeholders and disseminating project results.

The meeting confirmed strong cooperation within the consortium and provided a clear roadmap for the upcoming period, ensuring that GREENSMES continues to support SMEs in their green and digital transition.
